SHIPPING AND PROCESSING

Question: How long do orders usually take to process?

Answer: A-Once payment has been completed, orders typically takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order.

Question: Do you ship internationally?

Answer: Yes, we ship worldwide!

Question: How long is the Deliver shipping time?

Answer: Delivery times will depend on your location. Once payment is confirmed your order will be packaged and shipped within 24 hrs. Except Weekends and Holidays.

While most packages will arrive on time, there are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, customs, etc) that may cause delays in shipment.

For Example:

USA Delivery can be expected within 2 - 7 business days.

Canada Delivery can be expected within 4 – 21 business days. In rare cases it might take longer due to custom and other factors

International Delivery can be expected within 2 – 8 Weeks and it might take longer to to your local custom clearance and post Office Delivery.

Question: Where will orders be shipped from?

Answer: We are a USA based Company and your  orders will be shipped from Michigan USA

Question: Which courier will be used for delivery?

Answer: All Orders ship via USPS Economy package with tracking number.

Question: What if I am not home during the delivery?

Answer: Anyone at home can receive the package on your behalf. In the scenario where no one is at home to receive the package, the postman will leave a collection slip and you will have to proceed to the post office to collect your package.

Question: What payment gateways are you supported by?

Answer: We are supported by PayPal and Stripe, the securest payment gateways available in the market.

Question: Is my information secure?

Question: Which forms of payment do you accept?

Answer: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal via our two payments gateways Paypal and Stripe.

Question: I have not received any order confirmation details?

Answer: This usually happens due to an incorrect email. Do make sure that your email is indeed correct when you place an order. Do kindly check your spam folder as well to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

 

POST-SALES

 

Question: Can I cancel my order?

Answer: We only allow order cancellation within 24 hours after you have made payment. We will provide full refund if you cancel your order within 24 hours. Please understand that once we have sent out your order to the postal company, we are no longer able to cancel your order. Do drop us an email should you want to proceed with cancellation.

Question: Can I make changes to my Order/Shipping address?

Answer: If a change needs to be made to your order, please contact us at our Contact Us page as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate that change. We will do our best to accommodate your request but do note that we cannot make any promises. Do drop us an email should you require any assistance.

If the order had already been sent out, we will not be able to change the order address.
